Dan is a UEFA A licensed coach with over 20 years professional experience. Having previously served as a football development manager and Academy coach for Norwich City FC.
Dan takes great pride in having worked with players, both male and female who have gone to earn professional contracts at clubs including Norwich City, Peterborough Utd, Colchester Utd, Ipswich Town, Manchester City & Manchester Utd alongside also representing their country at youth level. Dan was a part of the Juventus Academy UK coaching team at the World Cup in June 2019. In addition to his role at FFE, Dan is also part of the management team at step 6 club Diss Town FC.
Declan Rudd is a former professional footballer player for Preston North End FC in the English Championship. Previously playing for Norwich City FC in the premier league, Declan is also an accomplished England goalkeeper with caps at England U21 level.
After taking his FA badges early in his career, Declan recently completed his UEFA B license. Combining his role with FFE with his day to day role working with the senior goalkeepers at Norwich City Football Club, Dec continues to offer a unique perspective of what it takes to play at the highest level and continues to support everyone at FFE.
Olly joined FFE at our launch back in April 2018. Having previously worked in the community department at Norwich City. Olly has experience working at grassroots and development/elite level and as a previous coach with Loui at coerver coaching. He currently holds an FA coaching licence.
James is a level one qualified coach currently doing a PE apprenticeship at Catton Grove Primary School.
James has loads of football experience in different countries, having played in Dubai when I was 14 for two years and mens football since 16. James moved abroad on a scholarship to america for two years at 18-20, living in Texas playing for a team ranked 3rd in the nation. James is now based in England playing for Wroxham FC.

Ollie joins the team fresh from coaching at a local pro clubs community scheme.
A talented footballer himself, Ollie was part of the Norwich City Academy as a youngster, coached by FFE director Dan, before earning a scholarship at Grimsby Town FC. Currently, he plays for Leiston FC in the Southern League Premier Division.

Josh is a FA licensed coach, with 7 years experience of coaching players between 5-18. Josh has managed the Wroxham under 9/10/11s team for the past three years, with the team achieving double promotion to two divisions above, during his first season. Josh holds a Foundation degree in coaching from the Tottenham Hotspur Foundation. As part of his degree, Josh undertook a 2-year placement assisting with the coaching of Ridgeway Rovers Under 12/13s, the team where David Beckham and Harry Kane amongst others, honed their craft. The team was voted London team of the year due to their success. Josh is passionate about helping players develop and is skilled in building rapports with them. Players definitely respond to his lively enthusiasm for the game. Josh lives, breathes, (and would eat if he could) football!
Dan joins FFE as our strength and conditioning coach. He has huge amounts of experience in this field, working with some of Norfolks most promising athletes from many sports including Tennis, Golf, Rugby and Football. A UEFA A licensed football coach, previously youth team coach in the professional game, Dan posses a deep understanding of the needs of modern athletes, making him a huge addition to the FFE team.
Garth joined FFE in the summer of 2019 as a Lead Academy Coach. He will work with our Academy players supporting their development in match play and tactical understanding. He is a holder of the prestigious UEFA A licence and has in the past worked at Norwich City's Academy, coaching current first team players.
In 2023 Garth was promoted to the role of Academy Manager, where he will be responsible for all things Academy including the coaching syllabus, match days, reports and more.
Ricky joined FFE in 2022 as an Academy coach. He holds a UEFA C license, with ambition of applying for the UEFA B license over the coming years.
He has been coaching since 2018 in Elite Foundation/Youth football, as well as coaching in Senior/Men’s football.
Ricky also coaches in Senior/Adult football, where he previously coached at Leiston FC (Reserves), Dussindale & Hellesdon FC (becoming Premier division champions) and now currently coaching at Great Yarmouth Town FC 1st team, where he is also the Assistant manager.
Ricky has a real passion for helping/developing players of all ages and has a real love for the game of football!

A former FFE player himself, James joined the coaching team at the start of the 2023/24 season.
Having been through the programme starting at Elite level and ultimately progressing into our JPL Academy, James experiences put him in a position to support the next generation of up and coming talented local players.
Martin joins FFE for the 24 / 25 season.
With extensive coaching experience in both youth and senior football, Martin is perfectly placed to support the next stage of development of our young goal keepers.
In addition to the role at FFE, Martin is also the first team GK coach at local club Diss Town FC.
Ben joins the FFE coaching roster for the 24/25 season.
An active Gk himself, currently of Dereham Town in the Thurlow Nunn Premier Division. Ben has been coaching with his local grassroots team prior to joining the team here at FFE.
Kyran joins the FFE coaching team for the 24/25 season.
A previous member of our JPL Academy programme, winning the league in 2022 and finishing 3rd in national championships, Kyran is eager to share the knowledge gained through his 7 seasons as a player at FFE.
We cannot wait for Kyran to get started with us.
