Our philosophy is based on creating highly
technical, creative & confident players. All of
our lead coaches hold a minimum UEFA B licence, with either
coaching or playing experience in professional
clubs.
We cater for goalkeepers, outfield players and teams
working on an ethos of individualised, bespoke player
development focused on the individual.We do this by
maintaining a high coach to player ratio, incorporating the
use of video feedback and physical/technical testing to
measure our player’s performance. We believe in
learning to win & lose, instilling a positive attitude
& freedom of expression from a young age. We believe
players develop best when working against themselves at the
edge of their comfort zones, combining a spectrum of
physical & technical skills.
Our Norwich futures (3-5 years) & Outfield/Gk academy
(6-13 years) season runs all year round, with camps every
half-term and throughout the summer holidays.
We’re committed to using football as a tool to unite
people and provide support to children in underprivileged
communities around the world. To do this, we commit 1% of
our annual turnover and hold regular events throughout the
year to raise money to fund an annual trip & equipment
drive."
