All of our lead coaches hold a minimum UEFA B licence, with either coaching or playing experience in professional clubs.

Our goalkeeper development programme has been designed by our Goalkeeper Academy Director, Declan Rudd (Ex Norwich and Preston) to provide players with opportunities to develop skills within a like-minded community and gain experience at an engaging professional academy. Our sessions are fun, personal and focused on caring for the player and their physical/mental wellbeing.

Our goal is to always make our goalkeepers feel valued and happy, playing and developing in a professional programme which makes them proud and provides a sense of belonging.

Our programmes are for goalkeepers who want to develop, be confident, engaged, independent and smart. They are not for players who don’t want to work hard, be part of a team or see this as an after school club.

We have over 300 players currently attending our weekly programme and have been blessed to have worked with many more who have gone on to gain contracts with clubs like Norwich, Cambridge and Ipswich Town.
